The Kennel Club of Salcininkai City (small town located 40km south from Vilnius) made great surprise for Lithuanian dog show people this year – it has invited 3 reputable European judges, Mr Horst Kliebenstein and Mrs Martha Heine from Germany, and Mr Franciso Rui Rodriguez from Spain. It is rare event among Lithuanian all-breed CAC shows to have such worldwide-known judges in the rings, so it was great opportunity to show the dogs under true experts.

Whippets were judges by Mrs Martha Heine, who have judged whippets at many important events including famous “Finnish Winner” International show. Our Gella was supposed to be pregnant after the mating (later we discovered she is not, unfortunately…), so I have entered only our “Kris” Atomic Love at Stabmeldys. Kris did extremely well – she won open class with LT CAC against Belgian bitch, then she became Best Adult Bitch agains champion class winner bitch, and later won BOS against junior female! I was over the moon – I have dreamed to show my dogs under Mrs Heine since my first whippet was a youngster, and my dream came true with such a marvelous results!
