Our “Kris” Atomic Love at Stabmeldys took part in Sighthounds Speciality organized by Lithuanian Sighthounds Club www.kurtai.lt. Judge was Mr John Walsh from Ireland. “Kris” was entered in open class and ended being ex.2.
I also handled sweet IG puppy girl “Sage” In The Name of Love de Magistris – she was “very perspective 2” with super critiques made by Irish judge John Walsh. It was very hot show day, +30C outside, so we was really happy to get home as soon as possible :)
Our 3rd show weekend this year was spent in Moletai district, attending 2xInternationals. I showed our “Kris” Atomic Love at Stabmeldys – she needed to get her first adult CAC badly, as getting a CAC at International show allows you to close LT CH title with only having LTJCH + 2xCAC, so that means you actually need to win only twice after you have closed Junior CH to obtain adult CH title….On Saturday it was nasty rain, cold wind and terrible weather overall. “Kris” was second in open class, and we had no much hope left for Sunday show. But on Sunday “Kris” surprised me by being CAC & R.CACIB over several marvelous bitches, she was runner-up in bitches lineup after charming USA import MultiJCH Charlamar Redcliffe Waltz Time, it was a true honor to be “defeated” only by such a stunning dog!

May 5th, 2013, was the most extreme day for me and our young Kris, as we participated in a coursing for the first time in our life – Kris have never seen the lure before, and I have never spent a whole day in the field watching this kind of sport! We arrived to the venue at 8:30 and Kris ran for her license at ~ 18:30, there was terrific wind all day long and I’ve got sunburns again :) But Kris is qualified and got her Coursing License with 72 points! Thanks for the journey & company to Dalia Bloziene, Jurgita Tamuliene and Inga Jankauskaite!
We decided to register to “Latvian Winner” International
Show in December 2012 and entered two dogs – our own bitch JCH Atomic Love at Stabmeldys “Kris” and our protegee JCH Precious Stone tik Romantika “Deimis”. Unfortunately, 2 days before the show Kris came into her second season, 9 months after her first heat… So she stay at home, while Deimis is travelling to Riga, Latvia.
18 whippets was entered (minus our Kris), judge was Mr Gerard Jipping from Netherlands. Deimis was alone in his class with EXC1, Certificate of Quality (SQ) and nice description. In Best Dog competition he was Best Dog-3. BD-2 was WW’11 C.I.B. Aberdeen Remarkable in Paris, BD-1 was Nordic CH Zelig Bottle of Smoke.

Our first show in 2013 was Kaunas International at 26.01.2013.
Only “Krysia” JCH Atomic Love at Stabmeldys was entered and ended up being “excellent-2″ in Internediate class. Judge was Theo Lennen (Belgium).
The description: “15 months, good size, well proportioned, nice feminine head, dark eyes, complete scissors bite, good neck, shoulders, topline; very well angulated, chest could be deeper, moves well”.
December 15 & 16, 2012, we took part in 2 International shows.
On Saturday it was time for IDS “Vilnius Winter 2012″. Whippets were judged by Italian judge Adriana Griffa. I showed our “Krysia” JCh Atomic Love at Stabmeldys, who was entered to junior class and ended up being ex.2. Our protegee ‘Deimis” LTJCh Precious Stone Romantika was shown by his owner Laura and did great job by getting CAC & CACIB! It was first CACIB for Deimis ;)

On December 16 we had second IDS “Christmas Cup 2012″. Judge was sighthounds specialist Wieslava Misterka-Kluska (Poland). Only “Krysia” JCH Atomic Love at Stabmeldys was entered in the same junior class of two participants as yesterday – and she won junior class, getting another JCAC and Junior BOB. It was her 5th LT JCAC – here in Lithuania we have no CC passing rule if winner dog already has JCH title, so we just add this one to our collection…
